Announcing New Workshop for Entrepreneurs
and Their Creative Ventures

The new Black Collar Immersion Program™, to be held September 13-15 and again on October 11-13, 2012, is the precursor to the upcoming launch of Cogswell's new Masters in Entrepreneurship & Innovation (MEI), which prepares people to be "Black Collar" entrepreneurs who combine artistry and creativity together with technology know-how and business expertise.

Facilitated by Cogswell College faculty, the Black Collar Immersion Program engages participants with their peers in an intensive, hands-on and highly interactive workshop environment.

"The Immersion Program will draw attendees into launching a mock creative venture over the course of the two-plus days," said Debby Hindus, executive director of Cogswell's Entrepreneurship Programs. "This is a roll-up-your-sleeves experience that will get students involved in brainstorming, modeling, prototyping and launching a creative business. In short, it's a microcosm of our focused curriculum on converting creative concepts into market realities."
